A partner of the Firm since 2004, Joseph graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002. Joseph received extensive training and experience from the defense bar, where he previously acted as defense counsel for insurers. As such, he brings a unique perspective to his current practice, which consists mainly of plaintiff-side personal injury law. Joseph also practices employment law.

Joseph is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association, and is a director for the Canadian Chinese Insurance Professionals Association for whom he regularly holds seminars on various legal topics.
