Mark I. Vella

Mark obtained his B.A. in 2002 from University of Toronto and his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Queens University in 2005.  After his call to the bar in 2006, he began his legal career as a criminal defence lawyer with a prestigious criminal defence firm in downtown Toronto where he gained invaluable courtroom experience appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Ontario.

Mark switched to civil litigation in 2007 where he continued to hone his advocacy skills.  He has appeared continued to appear before various courts and administrative tribunals including the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, Landlord and Tenant Board.  He thrives on the opportunity to represent his clients’ interests in the courtroom.

Mark’s practice focuses on accident benefits claims, tort claims, slip and falls and motor vehicle accidents.
