Philip Suh

Philip Suh was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000 after having graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998. Mr. Suh received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1996.

Since his call to the bar, his practice has been restricted to civil litigation, with a focus on insurance claims, disability benefits, personal injury and wrongful death cases. 

Prior to joining Krylov & Company, Philip acted as defence counsel for a number of insurers and was an active member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers.  As such, he brings a unique perspective to his practice, as well as invaluable experience in dealing with insurers and their counsel.

A partner of the firm, Philip continues to maintain an active and varied practice at Krylov & Company.

Philip is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society.
