Bio/Narrative: Reynold Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Toronto in 1986, with a major in Criminology and a minor in Sociology. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Windsor in 1989. He studied for a year at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea before embarking on his legal career.
Reynold was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992. He is a senior lawyer having over 19 years of experience in the personal injury field of law. After gaining valuable experience articling for a prestigious downtown defence law firm, Reynold switched over to representing injured plaintiffs after being called to the Bar in 1992.
Reynold has argued cases at various levels of Court and Tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits Appeals Tribunal, Workplace and Safety Insurance Board Tribunal, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board Tribunal. He has set important winning precedents at FSCO under the Bill 59 legislation.
Reynold’s practice has focused on accident benefits claims, tort claims, slip and fall accidents and claims under disability policies. With a solid and dedicated group of over 40 people, Reynold and Krylov & Company offer exceptional legal representation for the injured and disabled.
