Reynold Kim is a partner at Krylov, Lam & Company.
Reynold obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 1986, majoring in psychology and criminology. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1989 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992 and has been practicing as a plaintiffs’ personal injury lawyer since then. He also studied at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
Reynold’s practice focuses on accident benefits claims, tort claims, slip and fall accidents and claims under disability policies. He has argued cases before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice including jury and non-jury trials, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits Appeals Tribunal and the Workplace and Safety Insurance Board.
Reynold has a busy, vibrant practice. He advocates on behalf of injured people against insurance companies and has been doing so for over two decades. Reynold’s team of lawyers and paralegals work together to ensure that his clients are taken care of in a world of complex legal systems where they are truly the innocent victims.
Reynold is an avid – but not a very good – tennis player.
