Philip is a partner at Krylov, Lam and Company and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998.
Since his call to the bar, Philip’s practice has been restricted to civil litigation, with a focus on motor vehicle accident claims, disability benefits, claims arising from occupier’s liability and wrongful death cases, representing severely injured victims and their families to get the care and compensation they deserve.
He and his team are well-versed in catastrophic accident benefits claims regardless of fault, ensuring medical needs are met and that access to all available benefits are utilized.
Prior to joining Krylov & Company, Philip acted as defence counsel for a number of insurers and was an active member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers. As such, he brings a unique perspective to his practice, as well as invaluable experience in dealing with insurers and their counsel.
Philip is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of British Columbia, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society.
